Fill out an Intake form beforehand, which covers how you're feeling: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Going over the chief concerns for your visit, and relevant health history. Then together, we will go over the intake form; in person or in the virtual world! And any other questions you might have, concerning your health and well being... All information shared, is confidential, as this meeting will be a safe space to be open about your feelings and intuitions. I will use energetics to define underlying conditions. This helps us understand your body's mechanisms for healing. From there, we address mindset, movement, nourishment, and medicine; seeking the therapies needed to bring the body back to basics. A Custom Protocol will be given to you (following your initial intake): Which may include but is not limited to: Custom herbal remedies, lifestyle recommendations, bodywork recommendations, mindfulness exercises, yoga therapies, and nutritional guidance are provided. A complimentary 30 minute follow-up will be scheduled at your convenience to check -in...Every follow up after the initial, is $75.00 and can take up to 60 minutes to tweak remedies and catch up, as needed. :) I love hearing from my clients!
